   Over sixty members of the Bangalore Wine Club  showed up in chic formals for an exclusive ‘Black & White Night with Moët’  wine dinner at The Leela Palace Kempinski on Saturday, 22nd January 2011.Members were welcomed with chilled, crisp Moët  & Chandon champagne and canapés. The dinner room was draped in black &  white with candles and white flowers.   Executive Chef Rudolf Eichele and his kitchen team  crafted a delicious menu which included Avocado Parfait, Grilled Vietnamese  Seabass, Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli, Chipotle Chilli Glazed Chicken and Mediterranean  Filo Pouch – all paired with Casa Lapostolle wines fro Chile.
 This fine evening concluded with the popping of  delicious Moët & Chandon Rosé served with Strawberry and Vanilla Mascarpone  and Almond ice cream." Aslam Gafoor |
