Wine India Moves: New Professional COO for Vinsura Wines

Continuing with its policy of bringing in professionals for company management, Vinsura Wines (formerly Sankalp Winery) has appointed Gopal Jadhav as the Chief Operating Officer to manage day-to-day operations and develop strategic marketing and sales initiatives, according to a company announcement.

He is a seasoned professional in wine industry with a rich experience of more than 25 years in brand management, business development, relationship management, media planning, operations, sales and strategic planning. An accomplished strategist and marketer, he has worked with a diverse range of wine companies prior to joining Vinsura. He has been associated with companies like Atlus Holdings Square Beverage Ltd, Indage Vinters, City Cellars Pvt Ltd. and JSC Radius Global

Jadhav holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mumbai University. Armed with an MBA in Wine Marketing and Management from INSEEC-Bordeaux, France, he has handled several complex and challenging situations which have catapulted him to success in the wine industry, adds the company.

He has done a thesis on 'The Indian Wine Revolution -Is it for Real, for his MBA. The current responsibility should give him enough of challenge and opportunity to prove it if it is for real!

Congrats.Go through the China's demand for wine in last five years.It is fantastick and I wish you to divert the market to India which otherwise going to Italy and France.We can beat quality,Qty and price.If the marketing is done through one single ( pref.Govt)body there is a mirackle'
