Tasting France in Delhi with Tastin’France
French wine lovers in Delhi were in for a vinous treat by Tastin’France, organized by Business France in conjunction with Business France India at the French Embassy on 22 November, 2023, with 22 French wine and spirits producers from Languedoc, Bordeaux, Champagne, Rhone Valley, South West, Provence, Burgundy and Loire Valley showcasing 200 wines and spirits, in what appeared to be too small a window to taste them all, writes Subhash Arora

Tasting Top Tuscan Wines Brunello and Chianti Classico

Bruñal: No Brunello but a Rare Gem from Castilla Y Leon- Spain
Bruñal is a rare indigenous Spanish grape variety which was near-extinct variety two decades ago and grows only in the province of Castilla Y Leon in Arribes del Duero Natural Park, but has been revived by a handful of producers like Bodegas Ribera de Pelazas which showcased it at a private dinner at Seville Restaurant at Hotel Claridges in Delhi last month, writes Subhash Arora who loved the wine for its character, age-ability like Brunello or Barolo and the collectible nature because of very small quantity produced but feels it has to go a long way before people can appreciate its intrinsic value

Wine Tasting : Wine Park adds Affordable set of Quality Bordeaux Wines

Tuscan Tasting 2018: Poggiotondo Chianti Wines from Alberto Antonini are Super

Wine Tasting: Multi-Region Spanish Wines in India
Last week saw a couple of French people in India promoting Spanish Wines at a private tasting in Mumbai and Delhi, bringing Christopher Vanpoulle, Founder CEO of Very Fine Vinos in Madrid and his Hong Kong based Export Manager Francois Bailey with 14 samples of Spanish wines from small family owned wineries with no export departments from the wine regions of Rioja, Carinena, Bulla, La Mancha and Valencia, writes Subhash Arora who tasted them at Claridges Hotel and found a few of them excellent value-for-money wines of very good quality quite suitable for India

Wine Tasting: Taste of Armenia in Delhi
An interesting Tasting of Armenian Wines was organised by Reva Singh, of Sommelier India at her residence last Sunday evening, attended by H.E.
