Chandon Delice is a sweet white variant-a blend of 70% Moscato, 20% Chenin Blanc and 10% Ugni Blanc (Trebbiano). The sugar level of 38 gms/Liter makes it a sweet but delicious wine (Ostensibly, this is not why it is called Delice). Crafted perhaps as a dessert wine, we would also recommend it as wine with hot and spicy Indian food. One could even try making it somewhat in the Moet Ice Impérial style by adding 6 small ice cubes to chill it further and reduce the sweetness (purists might ridicule the idea, but that should not stop one from experimenting).
Chandon Delice aims to break the code for sparkling wines in India and bring in a new culture altogether in the presence of a new variant in the industry. Chandon Delice can transform the wine market of India. The Gold Medal will help make the job easier.
Here are the other award-Winning sparklers from Chandon:

The Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships (CSWWC) is an annual competition held in London each September. It was launched in 2013 by British wine writer and expert Tom Stevenson. The organization claims it to be the world’s toughest and most prestigious sparkling wine competition.
Chandon India were the first Indian Sparkling wines to win medals in 2017 in the only competition in the world that judges, annually, only champagnes and sparkling wines since 2014, with Champagne specialist Tom Stevenson assisted by world authorities Essi Avellan MW and late Dr. Tony Jordan who has been now substituted by George Markus who is not only a leading Champagne expert from Hungary but second only to Essi when it comes to naturally gifted Champagne tasters.

The key USP of the CSWWC IS that all wines entered are tasted and evaluated by the same three specialist sparkling wine judges, year in and year out and they must agree on all the medals awarded. The quality of judging is unassailable for the bubblies, a reason why many of the top Champagne labels and sparklers from other countries like Italy and India participate in it.
