Chandon: Soothing Sparkling Spritzers for Summer

1. Cassis & Strawberry Spritz

Chandon Brut Rose 150ml
Monin Cassis Syrup 10ml
Soda water 60ml
Sliced strawberry 1no
Ice

Glass: White wine glass

Method: Add the cassis and a splash of Chandon to the glass and mix with a bar spoon. Add 3-4 cubes of ice and Top with Chandon and a splash of Soda water.

Garnish: Add sliced strawberries to the drink.

Tip: In case strawberries aren't available, you can add a heaped spoon of pomegranate seeds.

2. Orange & Basil Spritz

Chandon Brut 150ml
Sugar Syrup 10ml
Soda Water 60ml
Fresh Basil 2 leaves
Fresh Orange 2 half slices
Ice

Glass: White Wine Glass

Method: Add 10ml of sugar and a splash of Chandon to the glass and mix with a bar spoon. Add 3-4 cubes of ice and Top with Chandon and a splash of Soda water.

Garnish: two slices of orange and basil. (Bruise basil leaves by gently tapping them to release the aromas)

3. Sweet Lime & Mint Spritz

Chandon Brut 150ml
Sugar Syrup 10ml
Soda Water 60ml
Fresh Mint 4-5 leaves
Fresh Sweet Lime 2 half slices
Ice

Glass: White Wine Glass

Method: Add 10ml of sugar and a splash of Chandon to the glass and mix with a bar spoon. Add 3-4 cubes of ice and Top with Chandon and a splash of Soda water.

Garnish: two slices of sweet lime and mint. (Bruise mint leaves by gently tapping them to release the aromas)


4. Classic Spritz

Chandon Brut 150ml
Campari 15ml
Soda Water 60ml
Ice 3-4 cubes

Glass: White Wine Glass

Method:

Add 15 ml of Campari to a white wine glass and ice. Add a bit of chandon and stir. Now top up with Chandon and a splash of soda water.

Garnish: two half slices of orange.


5. Lemon & Sage Spritz

Chandon Brut 150ml
Sugar Syrup 10ml
Fresh Sage 2 leaves
Italian Yellow Lemon 2 half slices
Soda Water 60ml
Ice

Glass: White Wine Glass

Method: Add 10ml of sugar and a splash of Chandon to the glass and mix with a bar spoon. Add 3-4 cubes of ice and Top with Chandon and a splash of Soda water.

Garnish: two slices of lemon and sage. (Bruise sage leaves by gently tapping them to release the aromas).

6. Grapefruit & Ginger Spritz

Chandon Brut 150ml
Sugar Syrup 10ml
Fresh Ginger 1 thin slice
Grapefruit 2 thin half slices
Soda Water 60ml
Ice

Glass: White Wine Glass

Method: Add 10ml of sugar and a splash of Chandon to the glass and mix with a bar spoon. Add 3-4 cubes of ice and Top with Chandon and a splash of Soda water.

Garnish: thin slice of ginger and grapefruit slices in the drink.

Tip: in place of grapefruit you can use orange or sweet lime slices.

7. Plain Chandon Spritz (DavideMarkovich Serve)

Chandon Brut 150ml
Ice
Orange Slices 2 halves

Glass: White wine glass

Method: Add half the Chandon in a white wine glass and then add the ice. Now top with the remaining Chandon. 

Garnish: two half slices of orange in the drink.

8. Chandon Elderflower  Spritzer

Chandon Brut 150ml
Elderflower Cordial 15ml
Orange slices (halved) 3nos
Cucumber slices (with skin) 3nos

Glass: Burgundy goblet

Method: Add 2 cubes of ice into the glass. Add the elderflower cordial and a splash of Chandon. Stir well for about half-a-minute. Add 2 more ice cubes and add the cucumber and orange slices.  Top up with chandon and stir gently for one final time.

Garnish: the cucumber and orange in glass serves as the garnish.
