Mr. Pierre Joachem, the French Vice-President and General Manager of Hotel Imperial, New Delhi has handed in his papers and is leaving the hotel. He will be relieved on Sunday. Amit Oberoi, the Hotel Manager will take over as the officiating General Manager. When delWine encountered him to congratulate him, the soft spoken and modest Oberoi smilingly replied, ' it is a part of the day's work. I would be only acting as one till they find one.'
Incidentally, Mohit Sharma, EAM of F * B at the Taj Palace, New Delhi has recently moved on too. Althought it could not be confirmed where he is headed but grapevine points it to Anil Ambani' s Adlabs where food business is making a bigger revenue model every day. |
