Cuiting Hotspring Hotel is a subsidiary of Zhong Qi International Investment Co. Under the agreement, Taj will operate the 'Temple of Heaven Park' in Beijing and the 'Hainan Hotel' project.
The Zhong Qi group also plans to develop a 500 room resort with 40 villas spread over 60 acres of land in Hainan Island, the premium resort destination in China. The resort will be located 30 kms from Sanya City in the upcoming Xiangshui Bay.
A news report quotes company sources saying that 'the foray into China is part of the highly selective global expansion plan by the Indian Hotels.'
Taj International Hong Kong is the wholly owned subsidiary of Indian Hotels Company Ltd. which owns or runs hotels and resorts throughout the world.
