An investment of over US$ 400 million is planned for
the projects likely to be completed by end 2010, the year of the Commonwealth
games in Delhi.
Emaar MGF will be the owner and developer of the proposed
hotels and Marriott International shall provide advisory and management
services for the planning, design, construction and operations.
Says Shravan Gupta, Executive Vice Chairman and MD,
"As services, travel and tourism sectors continue to show impressive
growth in India, resultant demand for more hotel rooms is on an upswing.
However, there still seems to be a huge gap between demand and supply
and our partnership with Marriott is an endeavor towards effectively bridging
this gap."

commercial development brought in by the Delhi Development Authority.
The proposed 300-room hotel will be a lifestyle destination hotel. It
will be located in the Jasola District Center, with two towers, landscaped

for the hotel in Saket, Delhi expired, with the hotel renaming it is Hotel
Sheraton.

within the Emaar MGF's International standard 18-hole championship golf
course, natural boulders and water bodies this luxurious property will
be surrounded by IT companies.
JW Marriott Kolkata will also be a 250-room facility
situated on The EM Bypass that has emerged as one of the most preferred
