Speaking of the wine range,Tony Bromovsky, founder and commercial director of Union Market reportedly says: “When it came to sourcing our wine range, we knew we required a mix of classic old world and contemporary new world wines. No other winemaking family manages to span these two areas as seamlessly as the Rothschilds.”
Union Market’s wine selection will cover Argentina, Australia, California, Chile, France, Hungary, Italy, New Zealand, Romania and South Africa.
Also on offer will be the first-ever Champagne made jointly by the three Rothschild wine stables. The wine, exclusive to Union Market and called Barons de Rothschild, is a Brut NV with an RP of £45. The wine list will also include a substantial proportion of English wines. |
