Established in 1996 by Rich Frank and Koerner Rombauer, Napa Cellars is one of Napa Valley 's prized boutique wineries. Located north of the famous Mustard's restaurant on Highway 29, the winery's warm and casual tasting room provides visitors with an experience reminiscent of old-time Napa Valley.
"We are expanding and intensifying our commitment to fine wine and the Napa Valley," Trinchero said in a company media release. In June of 2004, Trinchero Family Estates purchased Folie á Deux Winery located in St. Helena, which will be the future home of the Trinchero Family Winery.
Trinchero Family Estates currently owns 6,000 acres of California vineyards, 200 of which are located in Napa Valley. The company has two Napa Valley production facilities on Highway 29 and another on Zinfandel Lane in St. Helena.
