Mohit Sharma, the F&B Director of The Park who was recently interviewed by delWine, is moving to Taj Palace to step into the position vacated by Thomas Abraham. Sharma, a graduate of the country's most prestigious catering college, IHM Pusa in New Delhi, will join Taj Palace, a premier business hotel in the national capital, as the Executive Assistant Manager (F&B).
For Sharma, who has worked at the Hyatt Regency and The Oberoi in New Delhi in the ten years he has spent in the industry, the appointment is both a promotion and a smart career move to a bigger brand. A wine aficionado who was responsible for promoting a wine culture at The Park, Sharma has travelled extensively in France and Italy. |
