Sula Gets Rave Reviews From Singapore Critic

Singapore's Remy Law of HappyVines.com urges his subscribers with an undying love for "curries and chilli spices" to "put away the belly bulging beers" and say "cheers to healthy wines." He made this suggestions before having very good things to say about Sula's wine offerings. Here's what he has to say:

Sula Sparkling Brut (S$29): A perfect refresher after a hot, hot day. You can enjoy it every day with peanuts, almonds or pistachios before meals and with light dishes, like steamed fish or steamed Hainanese chicken, at dinner.

Sula Sauvignon Blanc (S$31): A light wine that's not intrusive on delicate dishes. It's also a good substitute for the Sparkling Brut if you aren't into bubbles with your meals.

Sula Shiraz (S$31): A must with robust curries, both Indian or local Chinese, its unique flavour just begs for all those earthy spices and chillies.

Sula Late Harvest Chenin Blanc (S$27 / 375ml): A good choice for a late-night TV programme after you have tucked the children away to bed.
