Joseph moderated on behalf of the Indian Wine academy.
He regaled the audience by lambasting the Italian wine
laws, at the same time appreciating that they produced
some of the best wines in the world.
The Frenchman, Stephane Soret, Chief Sommelier at the
Imperial hotel was the moderator for the French session
in the audience. With his immense knowledge and passion
for the French wines he was able to keep the audience
loving French wines.
The sessions continue today with Taste of Spain at
2:00pm, World of Wines (with wines from Germany, Austria,
Australia, UK, South Africa) at 3:00 pm and a special
session on Sherries of Spain at 4:00 clock will follow.
Some people had to be turned away because of full house.
