During his long stint at the Park, New
Delhi, he has seen the hotel come up from being dubbed
to a dowdy property to a beautiful boutique hotel right
in the center of town. The affordable prices make it
one of the best value prepositions. The restaurants
serving excellent food with exciting wine lists all
came up during his regime.
‘I have never seen a man so cool and patient-he
can take any tense situation and cut through it with
extreme calm,’ says Rifaqat Ali Khan, the EAM
of the hotel about his boss for almost a year.
TP, as he is fondly known as will be replaced by the
month - end by another Park loyalist, Abhijit Bose,
who has about 14 years of experience with the group
hotels in Kolkata, Chennai and Navi Mumbai, from where
he gained experience in F & B and as the General
manager.
