Third edition of Alcobev, an event of the beverage alcohol industry is being held in Mumbai on 10-11 Feb at Grand Hyatt. The first event in 1999 was followed by another one in 2002.

A conference on 10th February will have industry leaders, brewers, wine producers and importers participate in various seminars. A special feature will be participation by raw material suppliers, plant manufacturers and affluent control and equipment manufacturers. A concurrent exhibitionhas been planned for both days where the alcohol beverage industry is expected to participate.

Cashing in on the current boom in the wine industry, a special session offering comprehensive knowledge of the wine market at the international market has been also planned. It aims to identify the leading wine companies, brands, and offer strategic analysis of key factors influencing the market. New product developments, packaging innovations, economic lifestyle influences, distribution and pricing issues will also be part of the seminars.

The Event follows closely on the heels of the second edition of Vinitaly India to be held on 15th January in Mumbai  and 17th January at Hyatt Regency, Delhi and IFOWS at the Uppal´s Orchid in Delhi on 18-20 January. Vinitaly India focuses only on the Italian wines.
