The sugar level of 38 gms\/Liter makes it a sweet but delicious wine (Ostensibly, this is not why it is called Delice). Crafted perhaps as a dessert wine, we would also recommend it as wine with hot and spicy Indian food. One could even try making it somewhat in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianwineacademy.com\/item_3_645.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #990000;\">Moet Ice Imp\u00e9rial<\/span><\/a> style by adding 6 small ice cubes to chill it further and reduce the sweetness (purists might ridicule the idea, but that should not stop one from experimenting).<\/p>\n<p>Chandon Delice aims to break the code for sparkling wines in India and bring in a new culture altogether in the presence of a new variant in the industry. Chandon Delice can transform the wine market of India. It was launched in 2013 by British wine writer and expert Tom Stevenson.
