Magical Magnetic Wand to improve Wine Aromas
The wine scientists from the University of Adelaide have used tiny magnetic particles to remove the off-tasting strong green bell pepper aroma in some Cabernet Sauvignons without altering the desired bouquet, according to a Study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, which found that magnetic polymers removed the compound more effectively than other methods and could be a magnetic wand to improve the flavour profile of cheap wines
